Cesar A. Matos, M.D.
Dr. Cesar Matos serves as the medical director at South Texas Behavioral Health Center. He received his medical degree from University Autónoma of Guadalajara in Mexico in 1976 and obtained his Fifth Pathway from University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine in 1977. He then completed an Internship at Hospital Auxilio Mutuo in San Juan, Peurto Rico, followed by a Psychiatry Residency at University of Peurto Rico. In 1979, Dr. Matos completed a second Psychiatry Residency at University of Florida, followed by a Public Psychiatry Fellowship at New York Psychiatric Institute. Dr. Matos is a diplomat of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and is Board Certified in Clinical Psychopharmacology.
Robert A. Mosqueda, M.D.
Dr. Robert Mosqueda received his B.A. in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin in 1986 and his M.D. degree from University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston in 1990. He completed his Residency in General Psychiatry at the Karl Menninger School of Psychiatry in Topeka, Kan., and his Fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the Children’s Hospital in Boston. Dr. Mosqueda is a member of the American Psychiatric Association and the Phi Beta Pi Medical Fraternity. He holds his medical licensure in Texas.
